Stacey W. Cristaldi
Artistic Director
Stacey has been a working professional in the performing arts industry since 1996. She received her B.F.A. in Theatre Arts (Acting, Dance, Voice/Speech), Summa Cum Laude, from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA, and training from L'ecole Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq. Stacey has also received training from: The Wilma Theater, Pig Iron Theatre Company, Mike Lemon Casting Agency, Kathy Wickline Casting Agency, and SITI Company. She received stage combat training and certification from the Society of American Fight Directors.
Stacey is trained in Son-Rise play therapy technique from The Autism Treatment Center of America. She has trained with The Montgomery County Intermediate Unit of Pennsylvania to work as Therapeutic Support Staff for children with special needs.
Stacey worked as Manager of Education Programs for Enchantment Theatre Company and Mainstage Center for the Arts, and has been a Teaching Artist for such companies as The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, 1812 Productions, People’s Light and Theatre Company, The Wylie Music Studio, InterAct Theatre Company and Voorhees Theatre Company. She has received three nominations and two Barrymore Awards for Excellence in Theatre Education and Community Service.
Stacey has developed and instructed Theatre programs for children on the Autism spectrum. She has consulted and implemented in-home treatment programs for Son-Rise families and for theatre companies developing special needs outreach programs.
Stacey has been a Dance teacher since 1995. She has taught Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Pointe, Lyrical, Choreography and Production classes to children ages three through adult. She has taught and choreographed for such companies as Elevations Dance Company, AMERIKIDS Show Choir, Macguffin Theatre and Film Company, Enchantment Theatre Company, Mainstage Center for the Arts, and Dance Inc. Students from Stacey’s theatre and dance programs are consistently awarded for excellence in national talent competitions, receive scholarships to attend performing arts high schools and colleges, and are cast in professional productions.
As an actress and dancer, Stacey has performed across the United States and internationally, from The Kennedy Center to the Taipei Cultural Center.

Michael Cristaldi
Director of Productions and Operations
Michael has been a working theatre professional since 1999. He received his B.A. in Theatre Arts, with an Emphasis on Technology and Design, from DeSales University in Center Valley, PA. He is trained in safe rigging practices for the stage by Bill Sapsis, ETCP certified Instructor. He is also trained in safe rigging practices for suspending live performers by Flying by Foy.
Mike was the Technical Coordinator for the Philadelphia Theatre Company at the Suzanne Roberts Theatre in Philadelphia, PA. He has also been a Production Manager and Technical Director for such companies as The State Theatre Center for the Arts, Lenape Regional Center for the Performing Arts and Headlong Dance Company. He has produced events as a Technical Coordinator for the Philadelphia Symphony Orchestra.
He has been a company liaison on two major theatre construction projects- one historic renovation, and one new construction. He has worked on cruise ships doing theatre scenery installations, toured national and international productions, coordinated corporate events, designed permanent equipment installations, and produced independent performance cabarets.
Mike has also worked professionally as a lighting designer for The Walnut St. Theatre, The Philadelphia Fringe Festival and Melanie Stewart Dance, Enchantment Theatre Company, Landis and Co. Theatre of Magic, Young Choreographers’ Series at Allentown College, and The Magic Guys.
